The position As a Product/Senior Project Manager, you will be empowered and responsible for introducing our new products to our production network ensuring to meet patients demand. Furthermore, you will safeguard the product quality while driving improvement and optimisation projects with high business impact with focus on our legacy products that are currently saving millions of lives every day. The projects are cross-functional assignments with key influence in and deliveries to the production. You will work closely together with regulatory affairs and manufacturing sites across the world. You will set the direction for your project team ensuring that deliverables and strategies are executed. You are responsible for creating transparent plans and communicating these to stakeholders. As a Product/Senior Project Manager: you are motivated and determined, and you thrive in a high paced and dynamic environment where your actions make an impact you have very strong directorship and interpersonal skills you have a good sense of diplomacy whilst still being confident and able to ensure progress in a complex stakeholder landscape. As a Product/Senior Project Manager, you will drive and facilitate your own projects while managing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on routine production challenges to upper management as well as propose potential improvements. The position involves a high level of autonomous decision making within the responsibility areas of projects and life cycle management as well as high level of empowerment in project work. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: An academic background, probably within science, engineering, pharmacy, or another similar relevant scientific field. A solid background within project management, this could be within development, production, or other relevant disciplines within the pharmaceutical industry. The necessary skills to thrive in a high-pace and dynamic workday, prioritizing and creating transparency for your project, ensuring you always keep the overview. It would be an advantage if you have experience with regulatory affairs Fluency in the English language, oral and written. As a professional you inspire and energise your surroundings, set clear and ambitious goals, and work closely together with your stakeholders to reach our goals. You are good at establishing relations, communicating clearly at all levels and have a high integrity and robustness that enable you to integrate different views in your decision-making process. As a person you have a high degree of can-do mindset and drive, and you can confront the existing way of doing things. Your energy, pro-activity, and willingness to make a difference and optimise processes shows in your daily work. About the department Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Site Support & Improvements is a dynamic department, consisting of 120 employees. The department provides site support and improvement projects of diverse complexity to the global organization. A high level of product knowledge and process understanding is anchored in the department. As a Product/Senior Project Manager, you will be a part of a team consisting of 9 project managers. We are a determined and high performing team known for delivering strong results that add to the success by driving improvement and optimisation projects in close cooperation with our global production sites.
