The position
As a P&O Consultant, your focus is to understand the business priorities and translate strategy into relevant and impactful HR actions, which include driving: Organizational development and effectiveness Diversity, equity and inclusion Culture and engagement Change management Talent management and development Workforce management You will be the P&O Consultant in Local Manufacturing, an area who is responsible for establishing and operating local manufacturing solutions with operating sites in Russia, Algeria, Iran and Japan. Novo Nordisk is growing and so is our sites, therefore, a large part of the role includes traveling to these sites. Also CMO’s in India, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey is handled by the Local Manufacturing organisation. Together with the Senior HR Manager of local manufacturing and corporate P&O support functions, you will be responsible for continuously reviewing, evaluating and developing the business to drive organizational efficiency and agility. In addition, you will shape and promote an engaging, diverse and inclusive people environment, rooted in our values - the Novo Nordisk Way. As a trusted advisor, you will build solid relationships with the business and the P&O organisation, identify challenges and play an advisory role in addressing them.
Qualifications Ideally, you: Hold a relevant academic master’s degree within HR, Organization, Business Psychology or similar. Have experience from an international and culturally diverse environment Experience with change management, DEI, organisational development and process facilitation Experience with handling cross functional processes and optimizing these Have analytical skills with the ability to rapidly identify and prioritize critical issues, combined with practical experience in analysing complex challenges Can think strategically and to translate business into HR actions, based on a thorough understanding of the challenges and future outlook. Are fluent in English, both written and spoken. You'll be involved in diverse activities across multiple sites and functions, requiring the ability to work seamlessly across organisational levels and balance stakeholder interests. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of tasks and making independent decisions as an integral part of your daily project work. We are looking for a team player with energy, drive, efficiency, commitment, and a results-oriented mindset. You should also possess a flexible approach to tasks and work locations, as well as strong networking skills both internally and externally. You find solutions and get people to collaborate, focusing on what matters most for the end-user. About the department
Local Manufacturing (LM) is a part of Contract Manufacturing & Sourcing, Devices & Sustainability (CSDS) in Product Supply (PSQIT). You will become part of the Local Manufacturing (LM) P&O team and report directly to the Senior HR Manager of Local Manufacturing. The job is mainly performed in Søborg, Denmark and to some extent Algeria, Japan, Iran and Russia. We use virtual and written communication in the daily operation. Working at Novo Nordisk
