What’s in it for you?
As our next SCADA Product Manager, you will have a key role in our Agile Release Train (ART), responsible for setting guidelines for planning and deploying our eSCADA system at a global level. Our overall aim is to digitalise and improve the efficiency of all manufacturing-related processes globally.
As member of Agile Leadership Team (ALT), you will be a central driver in these transformation activities and can, therefore, look forward to a dynamic community. In addition, due to our global setup, you can expect some weeks of travel activity to sites in e.g., Brazil, France, and in the U.S.
The SCADA Product Manager role is a leadership position (though no HR responsibility) and therefore you will be highly engaged with all types of stakeholders, including senior management.
Therefore, the position requires: the ability to take independent decisions based on business requirements and business strategy being both hands-on during product backlog refinement and to see the holistic picture when creating Product vision and strategy the ability to stay on top of high-level business priorities and to shape the Product Roadmap to match these priorities being an expert in stakeholder management and motivate, negotiate in a structured and targeted way aligning with Release Train Engineer (RTE) and Solution Architect to ensure product delivery guidelines and clear features prioritization according to Product Roadmap Accountable to deliver PI Objectives for each Product Increment (PI) period and managing program risks proactively
What are we looking for?
On a strategical level, you have a proved track-record of setting direction and are well-versed in communicating a compelling purpose of Product Vision with passion and urgency on all levels of the organization and can translate strategy into ambitious goals with clear priorities. You can make bold decisions and take risks, always on the lookout for new and innovative solutions.
Furthermore, to be successful in this role, we expect you to have: Master’s degree in a relevant field e.g., business, IT, economics, pharmacy, production engineering or equivalent. Furthermore, you have delivered 5+ years of demonstrable experience working in a similar position within SCADA area Good communication skills, enabling you to discuss complicated IT matters with non-IT colleagues in written and spoken English Solid knowledge of how to implement and deploy global IT systems/programs 3+ year working experience with Agile methodologies is required 1+ year working experience with SAFe framework is preferred

Hence, you are ready for setting directions for how to ensure standardization and harmonization on how we do this as well as being responsible for driving Product Owner synchronization events and archive.
This position requires strong commitment and ability to make decisions, often in a fast paced, consensus-driven and a political environment.

You will join our Operational Technology team which is part of our Digital, Data and IT community in Novo Nordisk. The team is responsible for implementing, developing, supporting, and maintaining a newly developed SCADA system across our production sites globally in Novo Nordisk.
