The position
At Novo Nordisk the IT QA is responsible for defining and implementing QA activities for regulated (GxP) applications/services. Together with the IT specialists, analysts, and managers you will be a key contributor in setting the direction for the application and implementation of regulatory requirements globally, based on pharmaceutical industry requirements and best practices.
Some of the key activities are:
• Coordinate the IT QA activities for IT systems/services in own portfolio.
• Provide IT QA subject matter expert (SME) support for System/Service/Project Managers, ITQCs and SMEs in optimal use of quality related processes
• Ensure fulfilment of Quality Assurance (QA) responsibilities and IT QA support for IT systems/services/projects in own portfolio
• Provide coaching and set direction for ITQC and SME employees in quality and compliance tasks/issues or stakeholder matters.
• Act as LoB QA for various areas.
• Fulfilment of IT QA responsibilities for the IT systems/services and projects in own portfolio.

The position is based in Bagsværd, and you should expect maximum of 5 days of travel per year and, since you will collaborate with colleagues across the globe, you can expect some virtual meetings to take place outside normal working hours.
Qualifications
The position requires demonstrated experience with quality processes like audit, deviation handling, qualification, validation, CAPA, change control, records management, as well as strong knowledge of key IT processes like Incident and Problem management, Configuration and Change management, Release and Deployment management, Testing and Validation (CSV/CSA), Operations management, Personal Data, Data integrity, Security and Risk management, etc.
To succeed in this role, you:
• Have a major in a BSc degree, or higher degree, in Computer Science, Engineering or another IT related field
• Have 5+ years of demonstrated experience as IT QA in Pharmaceutical or another Life science industry
• Have 3+ demonstrated years of experience working with qualification/validation of emergent technologies and tool such as MS Power Platform, Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate, UiPath platform and RPA/RDA robotics
• Have demonstrated experience with implementing various ML/AI algorithms and its operations, as part of cloud services packages from various providers
• Have demonstrated experience with automated testing and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD)
Furthermore, have experience working with agile, hybrid setups with strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written. Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps and/or AWS Cloud will be an advantage.

IT QA Office is a part of IT Quality which employs 40 highly skilled and ambitious professionals in Denmark and India. We are responsible for ensuring that external and internal requirements are anchored in Novo Nordisk IT processes, and the department serves as competence centre of excellence for IT quality assurance throughout Novo Nordisk. Our responsibilities include quality assurance of IT projects and systems, services, operations and related infrastructure used globally.
