We are seeking a talented and experienced MuleSoft Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an interest for MuleSoft technology and experience in delivering innovative products that leverage MuleSoft's integration platform. The Product Owner will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and requirements. About the department LABS is a part Digital Data & IT Product Supply organisation which has employees based in Denmark, India, US, China, France and Brazil. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business, ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and support to the Novo Nordisk production solution as well as supply chain needs worldwide. In LABS you will be part of a highly engaged department developing and improving IT systems which are core to the laboratory processes in Novo Nordisk. Though you will be working with a lot of colleagues from around the globe, the job location will be in Denmark. About the team NN Digital Data & IT (DD&IT) uses MuleSoft as a strategic integration platform for connecting applications, data, and devices across different systems and platforms. In DD&IT Product Supply, we aim to have an internal MuleSoft Centre of Excellence team that will help us to mature our MuleSoft setup. This team will be made up of you (the product owner), a product architect, and the delivery team. The team will support different teams/projects that are using MuleSoft to integrate to different applications and devices and also define best practise in this area. Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with different areas
  • Communicate the roadmap and progress to stakeholders and leadership
  • Help team to scope and design the needed solutions that meet the user requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure that dependencies are clearly mapped out
  • Standardise processes for different systems
  • Coordinate the different releases needed with the different projects
  • Plan testing activities together with the teams
  • Support teams with technical incidents or challenges around MuleSoft integrations.
  • Help define best practise when using MuleSoft technology
  • Ensuring that there is alignment in how MuleSoft technology is being used within the different projects.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate these as needed in the product changes.
    • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in product management, IT project management or related field.
  • Experience from managing MuleSoft API integration projects.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product development frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Passion for delivering innovative products that leverage MuleSoft technology
