The position
Novo Nordisk is growing rapidly and so is NNQ. To support NNQ, we are expanding with new HR Business Partners who will become part of a team of experienced, ambitious and inclusive P&O colleagues, working independently and proactively supporting the business, while sharing best practices and developing common agendas with your colleagues.
As an HR Business Partner, your main responsibilities will be to:
• Ensure successful organisational development and effectiveness
• Ensure and support successful leadership development
• Plan, standardise and execute HR processes and tasks seamlessly
• Support and challenge that “The Novo Nordisk Way” is lived in NNQ
• Support the Novo Nordisk diversity and inclusion agenda in NNQ
In this role, you will support a designated business area and your main task is to work closely with the Corporate Vice President (CVP) and the leadership team. You will be a member of the local management team, sparring with the leaders on all aspects of leadership challenges and organisational development.
Finally, you will also be responsible for executing and improving key P&O processes such as the Organisational Development, Performance Management, Talent Management including Diversity & Inclusion and Employee Engagement. Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive colleague with a strategic mindset, who can thrive in a constantly changing environment. To succeed in this role, you: • Have a MSc. in relevant field (Psychology, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business Economics)
• Have a solid P&O professional background
• Have experience as an HR Business Partner in larger organizations
• Are fully proficient in English
• Are mobile and willing to travel to Kalundborg from time to time You understand the organisational dynamics and you have a proven track record within several of the classical disciplines in the P&O life cycle. You thrive with developing and improving P&O activities that are linked to the overall business purpose and you have extensive experience with what works in practice. You enjoy having the responsibility for both process and outcome and you know from experience that success depends on what you deliver to your stakeholders. As a person, you have a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills and are curious, and known for building lasting relations with your stakeholders. Your good sense of humour and open mind enables you to contribute to a productive and collaborative atmosphere in the team. About the organisation
NNQ is a global organisation with more than 2,200 employees and is overall responsible for quality across Novo Nordisk’s value chain.
