The position As a Business Intelligence Partner, you will take part in our digital transformation journey, driving productivity via high-quality business insights. You will collaborate with the Finance areas and other key stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and solutions to business challenges. Your key responsibilities will include: Our Raw Material Consumption model (RMC) - You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the RMC model, as well as collaborating with key stakeholders to continuously improve its functionality and performance. Participating in end-to-end projects, from ideation to deployment of models across Finance departments, translating business challenges into data-driven insights using SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau to drive value creation. Building sustainable business intelligence solutions that support the increasing complexity of our production processes. Identifying new use cases by turning challenges into opportunities from different projects, workshops etc. The Business Intelligence Partner will play a pivotal role in optimizing business processes, driving data-driven decision making, and ensuring a high level of data quality and governance across the Finance department. Qualifications Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Economy, Finance or similar 2-5 years of experience working with complex data and analysis A strong analytical, data driven mindset and experience with data preparation, modelling, and visualization with tools like Alteryx, Tableau or similar Stakeholder management and ability to translate complex business information into solutions Proficiency in English both verbally and in writing is a prerequisite in this job.

About the department The team is part of the Product Supply, Quality & IT Finance department located in Bagsværd, Denmark headquarters - An international, diverse, and high-performing department consisting of around 40 people from approx. 12+ different countries. The team is responsible for ensuring a strong financial foundation across the Novo Nordisk supply chain, overseeing the investment portfolio, and maintaining a high level of compliance in our Sarbox control environment.
