As a Project Director in IFP Technology Innovation, you will be functionally leading a team of Project Managers located at our production sites worldwide and our Technology Innovation team of IFP Manufacturing Development in Bagsværd. With your team, you will be developing and implementing RABS (Restricted Access Barrier System) and Isolator technologies to upgrade our existing conventional filling, ensuring compliance to future authority expectations with continuously high production output. Proper project execution including documentation and validation is expected. Key responsibilities include:
Setting strategic direction and developing technology roadmaps.
Creating a culture of inclusiveness, innovation, and psychological safety in your project management team. Managing timelines, deliverables, and resources. Structuring projects and functionally guiding Project Managers. Decision-making and reporting to upper management. Managing stakeholders, suppliers, consultants, external partners, and authorities. You will be part of a work culture where teamwork, psychological safety and technological innovation go hand in hand. You will be reporting directly to our vice president of Technology Innovation in Manufacturing Development and be part of the Technology Innovation Leadership Team. To be successful, a need to develop a global network, both internally and externally, is essential. Since your projects will be cross-border, an estimated travelling up to 20% is expected. Qualifications Your experiences include: Academic degree within Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, Economics or similar. Solid working experience as a Project Director or Senior Program Manager of complex, global projects and/or a People Leader. Experience in development and implementation of aseptic production equipment, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. Fluent in written and spoken English. On a personal level, you are an excellent communicator with the ability to focus your communication to a diverse range of internal/external stakeholders from various cultural backgrounds at all organizational levels up to executive management. You are a team player able to quickly build strong working relationships and foster a culture of inclusion where people feel free to speak their mind. About the department

We play an essential role for the future of Novo Nordisk and are expected to be the front runners for development of new technologies. We set ambitious goals and deliver the needed solutions for the future aseptic production. We operate in a culture of innovation and implementation. We work on projects at our locations across the world in close coordination with our aseptic production sites in China, Russia, France, Denmark, Brazil, and the United States, from the early stages of development to the implementation of a solution.
