Customer Complaints Center (CCC) Operations is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Optimisation Manager to drive the improvement agenda for the customer complaint handling process. The candidate will get the opportunity to shape the role and develop new processes and procedures in close collaboration with the management team.
Besides leading key projects and initiatives, other key responsibilities will be to:
• partner with the organization ranging from affiliates across CCC departments to investigators worldwide in order to deliver critical problem solving and/or decisions
• foster an environment that encourages scientific thinking and continuous learning and improvement • analyze business, process, and systems performance and identify improvement opportunities
• challenge current state to meet the high aspirations for the future
• develop and continuously improve the performance management set-up in CCC Operations Qualifications
We are looking for someone that can manage multiple projects simultaneously and, since the job will include considerable interaction with stakeholders and colleagues across the organization, has great interpersonal skills to communicate content in a simple way and get stakeholders on board. To succeed in this role, you:
• have relevant master’s degree within engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, business management or project management
• have minimum 2 years of proven professional experience with process improvement, project management and LEAN principles • have solid analytical skills and experience in analyzing complex business issues
• are fluent in written and spoken English It will be seen as an advantage if you have a curiosity for innovation. As a person, you are comfortable with taking initiative proactively and have a strong personal drive and dedication with a ‘can-do’ attitude. You are curious about the processes and people you work with, and have a burning desire to learn new things, being able to demonstrate attention to detail and structured in your problem-solving approach. In Customer Complaints Center Operations, we are the ‘voice of the patient’; recording, investigating and responding to customer complaints globally for both marketed and clinical products. We are more than 70 colleagues Denmark and India and are part of the Novo Nordisk Quality organization. You will be reporting to the Director of CCC Operations, based in Bagsvaerd, and will be working closely with the managers and colleagues across the departments.
