We are looking for our new Digital Talent Partner, who wants to be part of our small team with high motivation and strong teamwork. What will you be doing? As our new Digital Talent Partner, you will be part of dedicated effort to support the attraction, recruitment, and retention of talented digital profiles to Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT), who are now around 3.400 employees. To do so, we aim at initiating and developing new strategic initiatives which are done through collaboration with relevant stakeholders such as hiring managers, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and our HR organisation. In doing so, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business, when it comes to challenges and opportunities. As the digital landscape changes, so do our focus, and there will therefore be an opportunity to pinpoint and implement new talent related initiatives on an ongoing basis. Your primary job will cover:
  • Acting as a change agent to develop and drive various talent-oriented initiatives as well as building a network of people with a technology perspective and an innovative mindset
  • You will be focused at identifying, contacting, and building effective relationships with digital profiles across the globe with the aim of hiring them.
  • Using data and insights, you will own and drive a process for mapping geographical areas on where to find digital talent pools
  • Working closely together with hiring managers and teams in DD&IT to build up the required knowledge on skills required for each of the DD&IT areas
  • Together with our Employer Branding consultant, you will use various proactive strategies to generate interest for the initiatives that are run by DD&IT to support the digital agenda across Novo Nordisk
  • You will be part of growing and maintaining a framework/database making it easier for the curious digital profiles to show an interest in DD&IT and Novo Nordisk
  • Be the champion for building a digital talent experience and create a talent network process that can be used for inspiration by colleagues across Novo Nordisk
  • What to bring? As an ideal candidate you have:
  • A Bachelor or Master’s in Business, Learning, Psychology or other related field (or equivalent experience)
  • A few years of relevant experience within recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition, employer branding and/or project management
  • An interest in and/or curiosity to learn about various technologies, systems, and processes within the digital field
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • On a personal level you are motivated by being creative and prefer to think outside the box. You have a passion for getting things done and adding value to the business along with a positive mindset even when challenged and people enjoy working with you. It is important that you thrive in establishing new relations and that you prioritize collaboration, both externally with digital talents, various network forums but also internally with your colleagues. The team you will be joining We are a small team dedicated to support the attraction and retention of the growing demands of talented digital profiles to Digital, Data and IT to support the digital ambitions going forward. We work very closely together with the DD&IT HR team in Denmark and India working with all aspects of HR supporting DD&IT to succeed with the vision of being a pro-active, trusted, business partner providing value adding business results through innovation and new digital solutions.
