In Digital, Data and IT (DD&IT) CIO Office, we are looking for a Financial Planning Analyst to drive development and implementation of financial management procedures, while also gathering insights and preparing decision support. As delegate for the IT Scalability Programme Vice President, you will own the +200mDKK/yr. budget on a day to day basis and be part of the core Value Assurance PMO.To achieve this, you will proactively work to determine the required financial resources over the next planning period, and to analyse the spend and forecast in connection with progress metrics such as realisation of objectives and key results (OKRs). This allows programme management to make informed decisions when deciding about e.g., changes to the scope.You will have a vital role in ensuring Novo Nordisk continued digital expansion ensuring a real difference, for real people.More specifically, your responsibilities will evolve around the following areas: Day-to-day responsible for the IT Scalability Programme budget, where you will challenge and optimize the use of programme financial resources
Design and drive the programme financial management setup in collaboration with the Programme organisation and other relevant parts of the Novo Nordisk organisation
Financial Planning; management of the budget process in line with the corporate anchor budget process, gathering of cost estimate inputs and creation of budget for the next fiscal year
Financial Analysis and Reporting; Collection of spend data, analysis, and projections to understand budget variance and provide decision support
Business Analysis; analysis, prepare material and storylines for IT Scalability Programme Management and StC, e.g. recurring budget reporting and StC presentations beyond financial scope
Overall, the Programme Financial Partner and Business Analyst should be driven by providing transparency, insights and advice to the programme organisation on how to achieve programme success. This position is a new role within our organisation, and you will therefore get the chance to impact and discuss the position’s direction moving forward.
What we’re looking for?
We imagine that you hold a degree within a relevant field, for example, finance or business administration, and have +2-5 years of relevant experience from large-scale IT project financial management or similar in a large organisation.
Likewise, we believe that you will be able to tick the following boxes: Experience with business analysis
Experience with financial management, budgeting and controlling – 100+ mDKK/yr.
Strong interpersonal skills as you will be guiding and challenging your colleagues when needed and develop guidelines and changing ways of working in a large organisation.
Strong communicative abilities, as you will be conveying complex information clearly both verbally and in writing
Strong skills in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint
Joining the IT Scalability Programme and OCIO
