Are you experienced in aseptic and/or API production? Are you highly skilled in GMP and ready for the next step of your career? Then we indeed have a unique job opportunity ready for you in Novo Nordisk Internal Audits. The position As our new Lead Auditor, you will join our Internal Audits department and be responsible for internal auditing in Novo Nordisk. The position will also open up new development opportunities as well as new career paths for the future. Your daily tasks will focus on: Initiating and preparing the audit Conducting and reporting the routine, re-, qualification-, pre- and closedown audit Following up on critical findings with review and approval of action plans Identifying and reporting compliance trends and signals As Lead Auditor you will get the opportunity to see many corners of Novo Nordisk and be part of knowledge sharing and setting standards across the company to safeguard our patients. We are very flexible in terms of work in Internal audits and always make life work balance work for the individual and adjust the number of travel days in relation to the life cycle and preferences of the individual employee and the majority of audits are in Denmark and Europe. Qualifications You have a Master’s degree within a relevant field and several years of experience in aseptic production. We expect you to have following qualifications: Solid knowledge and experience within GMP & GxP Extensive knowledge of potential risk of key process and relevant regulatory requirements Experience from several manufacturing processes and from more than one business area Excellent understanding of business, value chain and pharmaceutical industry Strong stakeholder and collaboration skill in a multinational context Fluency in English, both written and spoken About the department Internal Audit (IA) is a part of Novo Nordisk Quality Audits and delivers value by: Conducting independent, objective and risk-based audits Escalating signals, trends and recommendations to senior management Seizing opportunities to maximize value creation for Novo Nordisk using the unique role and expertise of quality auditors Our mission is to provide executive management with the assurance of highest quality for patients, ensuring product quality and compliance and driving improvements and simplicity across Novo Nordisk. Internal Audits is one of four departments with 22 highly specialized auditors. Internal Audits are a part of Quality Audits (QA) which comprise 80 employees.
