We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join one of the largest in-house recruitment functions in Denmark. The position As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be dedicated to investigating recruitment needs and establishing, implementing, and maintaining new talent pipelines, while driving recruitment process within new pipeline areas. You will be part of our Pipeline team and support across the organization, primarily within PSQIT. In close dialogues with SVP talent acquisition partners, hiring managers, HRBPs and other relevant stakeholders, and based on data analysis you will identify areas where pipelining can be pivotal in supporting current and future hiring needs. Afterwards, you will build a new pipeline, test, and adjust it and implement the process around it in close collaboration with dedicated sourcers (who support writing jobs ads, maintaining pipelines, and matching candidates into positions) and in close collaboration with the rest of the Pipeline team to ensure that we use all the pipeline best practice and experience in the team Further, you will engage with employer branding and decide on suitable attraction strategies. Meanwhile you will support end-to-end recruitments within the identified pipeline area and ensure buy in and knowledge sharing through partnering with local communication units, HRBPs, hiring managers and TA-colleagues. Through all your processes, you will guard our values (NNWay), our diversity and inclusion guidelines and ensure a positive candidate experience. Qualifications If you are passionate about recruitment and thrive in a fast-paced environment, there could be many paths to this position. We imagine that you have:
  • An academic degree (requirement) within HR, business administration, occupational psychology, communication, or similar

  • Extensive recruitment experience, handling 80-100 hires per year

  • Experience with building and utilizing talent pipelines in recruitments

  • Solid stakeholder management experience and experience from working in a large and complex organization

  • Fluency in English

About the PSQIT Pipeline team You will join a team of TA colleagues who are all specialized within recruitments of a certain job category (e.g. process scientists, admins, lab technicians, associate managers and operators) and therefor have an in-depth understanding of the role requirements, candidate market and suitable recruitment strategies. Our team succeeds in creating efficient and high-quality processes by levering the potential of talent pipelines. To ensure that we constantly deliver the best possible results, we prioritize ongoing improvements of our processes by fostering a culture of collaboration and learning. We have our primary base in Bagsværd, but you can expect to spend a lot of time at the different sites in primarily Måløv, Gentofte, Hillerød, Køge and Kalundborg. About the department You will be joining Talent Acquisition DK, a team of approximately 80 recruiters (and still growing). Together we support Novo Nordisk in Denmark with around 11.000 end-to-end recruitments annually. You will be part of a diverse department of skilled TA colleagues who are recruiting for roles ranging from high volume recruitments to very complex hard-to-fill roles.
