The position
As an HR Consultant and Mentor, your primary task will be to help and support our trainees to handle various human challenges, which also include different mental diagnoses, dyslexia, etc. The goal is to ensure the best possible help in connection with their educational program and employment at Novo Nordisk. We primarily work with young students under the age of 25.
You will, in collaboration with managers, employees, Unions, and education coordinators, become a part of our trainee network. You will also have contact with a large organization, where we have both doctors and social counselors employed so that our trainees receive help in difficult situations.
The position is mainly located in Novo Nordisk Kalundborg, but you will also be located at Bagsværd.
On a daily basis, you will:
• Motivate, support, and provide guidance to trainees.
• Provide professional sparring and close collaboration with team leaders and education coordinators.
• Be an active player in continuously developing and helping our trainees and supporting the line of business.
• Participate in various network meetings and courses.
Qualifications To succeed in the role, you have:
• Social or healthcare professional background with a minimum of 5 years of experience; higher education isn’t required but would be advantageous.
• Passion for creating the framework for the development of trainees.
• In-depth knowledge of psychiatric diagnoses, dyslexia, and dyscalculia.
• Knowledge of visible and non-visible handicaps in general.
• The ability to handle many different stakeholders and work independently.
As our corporate language is English, you must have a good command of the English language besides being fluent in Danish.
You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders. Therefore, it is important that you have good communication skills and can communicate clearly across all levels. You work solution-oriented and take ownership of your tasks. Most importantly, you are energetic and motivated to develop and help both people and the organization. About the department
