About the department
At Injectable Finished Products, Bagsværd (IFP BA), you'll be part of a thriving aseptic filling factory with approximately 800 dedicated employees. Together, we produce and deliver insulin and obesity products to patients worldwide, making a positive impact on their lives.
You'll find your place within Facility Support, a vital part of our Business Support department, consisting of around 70 talented individuals spanning various roles such as project management, logistics, training, lean, digitalization, and facility management. In this team, you'll play a key role in maintaining and managing our facilities, overseeing important projects, and coordinating annual factory shutdowns. We pride ourselves on fostering an informal, friendly atmosphere, and we share a good sense of humour.
The position
As Project Manager you will be responsible for handling of Facility and investments projects which currently is to be built and consists of three highly dedicated and skilled colleagues so far.
Your primary tasks will be: Comprehensive accountability for the project and its entire spectrum of associated processes. Managing integration-, human resource-, communication- and stakeholder-processes. Planning and directing project execution across phases. Reporting project performance to relevant stakeholders. Managing project scope, compliance and EHS responsibility. As a Facility Project Manager your key responsibility is to plan and execute investment projects aimed at expanding production facilities in existing buildings and minor investments to improve current facilities and support Life Cycle Management. You will be part of our shutdown team responsible for planning our shutdown which takes place twice a year.
You will work closely together with production management, project portfolio management, process owners and consultants from other companies.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position we imagine that you: Have a technical degree or equivalent educational background. While not mandatory, an academic or engineering education would also be highly appreciated. Have preferably, a track record of successfully managing projects within a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment. Are proficient in GMP and Lean methodologies. Possessing at least two years of experience in project planning and execution can give you a valuable head start. As a person, you have: Strong communication and planning skills Interest in the economical aspect of projects Structured and proactive work approach Commitment to maintaining high quality Ability to handle frequent changes and make decisions in a dynamic work environment
