This increases the need for a HRBP leader, this is where you come into the picture. Your tasks will be: Lead and develop a team of P&O HR Business Partners who provide strategic P&O support to the DD&IT CVP areas. Constantly develop P&O services through innovation and experimentation with data-driven approaches, AI, and other emerging technologies. Serve as the CVP HRBP for one CVP area in DD&IT. Ensure a continuously future-ready organization. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Qualifications To be a strong candidate for this position, we have an idea that you will possess many to most of these: M.Sc. in Digital Business Management, HRM or 12 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree. Experience from and strong understanding of the IT and Tech industry, Agile (SAFe) WoW, digital transformation, job architecture, and strategic workforce planning. 8+ years of progressive and relevant HR experience and 5+ years partnering with business leaders. As a person, you are a proactive leader and team player that naturally builds relations to colleagues and stakeholders in the organization. You have strong leadership and management skills, and you can communicate complex matters to a variety of stakeholders with different levels of seniority and experience. Besides, you find it easy to evaluate issues and develop solutions that are both creative and effective for our organization. As we have international colleagues and stakeholders, from around the world, fluency in both spoken and written English is required. About the department The position is based in the greater Copenhagen area, primarily in Ballerup and Novo Nordisk’s headquarter in Bagsværd. You will be reporting to the Head of DD&IT P&O Business Partnering and be part of a dedicated partner team of 20 employees supporting DD&IT, an organisation of more than 3200 international Digital, Data and IT savvy employees, to succeed with the vision of being a proactive, trusted partner providing business value through innovation and new digital solutions. You will head up a group of 7-8 HRBPs and some student workers and support our modern way of working, as well as help drive a learning culture through various cross-area initiatives.
