Join us as a Laboratory Technician, where responsibility, challenges and development go hand in hand. The position Due to expansion, we are looking for a lab technician, where you'll collaborate closely with fellow technicians and scientists to ensure smooth execution of cleaning validation and formulation of products. Your primary tasks will be: Plan and execute cleaning experiments for new and existing products, supporting development projects and site support. Take responsibility for setting up day-to-day operations. Formulate products for a variety of purposes to, i.e., support improvement projects, help sites with trouble shooting, filter testing etc. In addition, as a core value of the team is accountability, you will have a shared responsibility for control and maintenance of the equipment and the Standard Operation Documents you work within. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: An educated as a Laboratory Technician or similar. Experience with Good Documentation Practice (GDP). Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Danish and English. Practical knowledge with cleaning validation and formulation of products would be an advantage but not a must. As a person, you: Has a positive and flexible mindset to be able to navigate in a constant evolving working environment. Are highly self-driven and well-structured and have a can-do attitude. Thrive on both routine tasks and complex problem-solving. Are curious and have excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to build fruitful relations to both colleagues and stakeholders. About the department Site Support and Improvements, is part of Manufacturing Development which again is a part of the Injectables Finished Products (IFP) organisation. In Manufacturing Development, we have the expert knowledge of our products and the processes which is needed to support our production sites. We have laboratory facilities for support and innovation purposes. In your new position, you will be a part of the Product & Process Development Lab team covering cleaning validation of new products, lab scale formulation of all marketed products, and innovation projects.
