You will be exposed to the entire Novo Nordisk value chain while being challenged to explore your boundaries and reach your full potential.About the Global Supply Chain track
The Global Supply Chain track offers rotational opportunities across our global organisation in areas such as operational to long-term planning, supply chain in our sales operation and production sites.You can work with supply chain projects in Novo Nordisk through a wide range of different and exciting roles and within several diverse teams and functions – but no matter what, you will work with people who all share the same commitment to excellence and to drive the continued success of Novo Nordisk.Throughout the programme you will gain global experience and invaluable skills, while having a wide range of roles and responsibilities across our Supply Chain organisation. You will work with senior managers and build an international network of world-class colleagues, establishing yourself as one of tomorrow’s key people in Novo Nordisk.The position During the two-year programme you will undertake three challenging and exciting rotations of 8 months duration, both in our corporate headquarters in Denmark and in one of our global affiliates or production sites. You will gain experience working as a fully-fledged member of the teams and receive leadership and teamwork training and development.During the first rotation in our headquarters in Denmark, you will experience hands-on learning and a solid introduction to corporate life. During your second rotation, which can be anywhere in the world, you will gain local market insight and high responsibility. We’re on a relentless mission to drive change for millions of people living with chronic diseases, and we need people like you to join us on this mission and take Novo Nordisk into the future.Read more and watch this video to get a feeling about Novo Nordisk as a workplace.Qualifications To apply for the Global Supply Chain track, you must have: A master’s degree from 2023 or 2024 in a relevant field, for example within supply chain management, strategy, economics, management, international business, engineering, digitalisation, or innovation – and above-average academic achievements
International experience, for example from studying a full semester abroad, working or volunteering. If Covid-19 restrictions have prevented you from obtaining (additional) international experience, e.g., studying or completing an internship abroad, feel free to still apply and explain what your plans were, how they changed and what relevant experience you have gained instead.
Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities obtained during your studies
A passion for working with business processes, strategy or digitalisation, high drive, can-do attitude, and an ability to adapt to change
Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to take the initiative and responsibility for your projects
Professional fluency in English and be globally mobile
