If you know how to set the direction and the pace of ambitious initiatives in a highly regulated environment, you could be our new Associate Manager to lead the Compatibility Biotech and rare disease (BRD) team in a newly established Competence Centre for Single Use System (SUS) and Compatibility. The Position As an Associate Manager for Product Compatibility team, you will be leading 7 dedicated scientists and laboratory technicians. The team is working with evaluating and testing the suitability of use of process aids in production of our finished products for the BRD portfolio. Your main tasks will be to:
  • Set the direction for the team ensuring that the prioritizations and strategies are executed.
  • Thrive in an environment where your and your teams’ decisions make an impact across the BRD aseptic production sites.
  • Handle stakeholder management.
    • While being experts in evaluating impact of different process aids and materials, it is the responsibility of the team to support BRD aseptic production sites in what materials are safe to use and support this with the needed laboratory data. As a leader you are open and honest, and you enjoy seeing your team shine and succeed through collaboration. You set tangible goals and communicate them clearly, ensuring that everyone knows how to be a success. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • A degree in sciences, engineering, pharmacy or similar.
  • A solid leadership background within product development, analyses, or pharmaceutical production support.
  • Fluency in English.

About the Department In Injectable Finished Products (IFP) we produce many high-quality products for diabetes and obesity worldwide. The Competence Center for SUS & Compatibility consists of 25 employees divided between 3 teams situated in Bagsværd, Denmark. The main responsibility of the Competence Center is to guide and set direction for the standardisation of SUS and process aids towards all aseptic sites in Novo Nordisk. Furthermore, the center will support with suitability evaluations and supportive laboratory tests for the entire portfolio of drug products in Novo Nordisk from development to drug products on the market.
