Apply today! The Position As a Change Manager in P&O Mobility at Novo Nordisk, your main responsibilities will be:
  • Lead and manage change initiatives within Global Mobility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of change projects.
  • Responsible for delivering CM strategy, project overviews, and implementation plans – enabling changes to be adopted in the best possible way.
  • Responsible for developing the overall timeline of the team's project activities. Including project planning, supporting resource allocation, driving project status activities, and milestone follow-up.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of project and change initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Produce communication material & presentations for and to a broad range of stakeholder groups.
  • Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Relevant educational background, e.g., HR, communication, Change Management.
  • Min. 3-5 years of experience in change management, stakeholder management, communication, training and development.
  • A solid change and project management toolbox is required.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships across the organisation.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing change management strategies and plans.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills in English (written and spoken).
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build great working relationships across borders, cultures, and skill sets.
  • On a personal level, you are empathic, have a “can do” attitude, and are not afraid to take on tasks that are not totally clear and give it a go. You can execute on your own, but also as a part of a great team and bring out the best in others. Besides you are interested in working on many levels in the organization and on various tasks. About the Department You will join a newly established Mobility Development team in Global People & Organisation who is responsible for developing and implementing mobility improvement initiatives within the global organisation. The team is in Bagsværd and works closely together with all corners of Novo Nordisk and the Global P&O organization. In collaboration with P&O management and stakeholders we develop solutions, services, and processes supporting our Mobility Service teams and colleagues to ensure the smooth transition of employees across our global organization.
