You will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders within the global organisation. To address the increasing need for strong ethics & compliance, you will be expected to help guide the global organisation and develop solutions to new and challenging issues in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.
The scope of responsibilities includes, but is not limited to:
  • Providing advice, guidance and training to the global organisation on ethics & compliance related matters
  • Identifying and assessing risks, performing gap analysis, and creating risk mitigation plans
  • Coordinating with regions, affiliates and relevant global stakeholders to ensure anchoring of ethics & compliance processes in the global organisation
  • Developing engaging training concepts and building interactive learning solutions that reflect business and segmented target group needs
  • Further developing our programme and approach to foster an ethical culture and mindset and providing training and tools to global stakeholders
  • Managing strategic projects with medium to high complexity

    To succeed in this position, you hold a master's degree from a University or Business School preferably within business administration, business law or equivalent and have a good grasp of international business.
    Other success criteria are:
  • Preferably 3 - 6 years of experience working hands-on with ethics & compliance in a regulated industry (with training, providing advice, project management, risk management)
  • Experience from the pharmaceutical industry is not a must but will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels within a global organisation
  • On a personal level, you present a “can-do” approach and results-oriented attitude, which enables you to establish strong professional relations internally and externally. Furthermore, you are a team player with attention to details and international mindset, who enjoys being part of a global work environment, while having the ability to communicate complex issues in an easy-to-understand manner and to proactively manage numerous and changing priorities effectively. We expect you to be flexible and eager to take up new tasks and project, while working independently as well as in a team environment. Additionally, you can work independently, and both drive and participate in cross-functional projects with complex stakeholder landscapes. About the department
    The Business Ethics Compliance Office (BECO) develops and leads the implementation of Novo Nordisk’s global ethics & compliance strategy and programme, which focuses on the prevention of fraud, bribery, and off-label promotion. BECO is also responsible for Novo Nordisk’s global systems and processes related to tracking payments to healthcare professionals, as well as compliance with data protection regulations and respect for human rights.
