The position We offer a developing job that will provide you with an inside perspective of how Novo Nordisk works with AI and compliance. As our new Digital Compliance Counsel, you will be responsible for: Providing strategic/tactical advice on Digital Compliance (AI, Data Ethics, GDPR etc. ) Developing and maintaining Novo Nordisk requirements & guidance on Digital Compliance Driving global Digital Compliance through competency building and training Ensuring trend monitoring & knowledge sharing Supporting global digital compliance projects, as well as drive digital projects ad hoc Qualifications As our ideal candidate, you hold a master’s degree in commercial law or similar with focus on Digital and Compliance with good academic track record and grades and in addition to that you have: +3 years of experience from Digital/Compliance function in a larger organisation Data Privacy/ AI & data ethics knowledge Experience working with BE in the pharmaceutical industry Experience with setting up processes and change management You are used to working with stakeholder networks. On a personal level, you have a global mindset and the ability to communicate complex issues in easy-to-understand manner (orally and in writing). Your colleagues describe you as a team player with strong stakeholder management skills and good intercultural understanding. You are known from your excellent analytical skills and technical understanding. About the department The Business Ethics Compliance Office (BECO) develops and leads the implementation of Novo Nordisk’s global ethics & compliance strategy and programme, which focuses on the prevention of fraud, bribery, and off-label promotion. BECO is also responsible for Novo Nordisk’s global systems and processes related to tracking payments to healthcare professionals, as well as compliance with data protection regulations and respect for human rights. This position is in our Business Ethics Compliance Office (BECO) Department, and is based in Bagsværd, Denmark. Working at Novo Nordisk Novo Nordisk is its people.
