You will have a key role in driving value creation, resource allocation and focus on business outcome for Development, a critical area of Novo Nordisk This happens in close collaboration with the Executive Vice President (EVP) forDevelopment and the Development Leadership Team. The Development organization comprises of approximately 5000 employees globally. The job entails that you:Act as trusted financial business partner, a CFO, to the EVP of Development – including being overall responsible for driving key financial processes. You have a consistent focus on value creation, and you drive resource allocation across the EVP area. Are an integrated part of the Development Leadership Team and related committees. Together with your two leaders, you manage a team of 11 finance partners. Are part of Business Finance Management and refer to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Business Finance.
