As a Senior Manager, your primary role involves providing leadership and guidance to the change management team, leading, and executing change management strategies for organizational transformations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. This position demands a significant level of autonomy and collaboration with key stakeholders in Product Supply and Regions across Novo Nordisk. You can also expect the following:
• Developing communication plans to enhance employee engagement and understanding of change initiatives
• Assessing change impact, identifying key stakeholders, and managing stakeholder engagement strategies
• Designing and delivering training programs related to change initiatives
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change management activities
• Managing resistance to change and providing solutions to mitigate risks Some travel activities abroad must be expected. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we imagine you have the following qualifications: • Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or similar field
• Minimum of ten years of project management or people management experience
• Work experience within business processes
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluency in English – written and verbal About the department
The Digital Supply Chain Planning Transformation team is an international team consisting of ~12 employees with different backgrounds, collaborating cross-functionally with colleagues within and outside the Supply Chain domain. The purpose of this department is to ensure a successful delivery of the Planning 4 Future program established to enable a best-in-class Supply Chain Planning capability to be able to support the overall growth and increasing complexity of our portfolio. Our ambition is to ensure we always deliver value and can move the overall supply chain capability towards our future ambition. The Planning Transformation department is one of 7 teams in the Digital Supply Chain organization that is anchored within Global Supply Chain in Novo Nordisk Product Supply Division.
