The position
As an Events and Benefits Consultant, you will be part of driving the benefit agenda in the Danish part of the organization. Furthermore, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a range of employee events and activities for our management and employees e.g., the Annual Party and the yearly Christmas gift.
The main tasks include:
  • Developing, implementing, and marketing new employee benefits in line with our policies and guidelines
  • Planning and coordinating internal employee events and activities, creating a positive and engaging work environment
  • Negotiating with vendors and partners, ensuring the best deals for our employees
  • Taking the lead in organizing the annual party, creating new and exciting activities for everyone to enjoy
  • Contributing to department projects, making a meaningful impact on our overall employee experience
  • The position will be located in Bagsværd but you must expect to meet colleagues and stakeholders on all Novo Nordisk sites.
    Qualifications
    To succeed in the role, you should have:
  • 5+ years’ experience in planning and coordinating employee events and activities.
  • Experience in negotiating and collaborating with vendors and partners together with the procurement department.
  • Solid communicating skills and know how to convey information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulation in the field and follow internal governance
  • Ability to manage budgets and administrative tasks in relation to your work
  • Ability to manage many different stakeholders and work independently
  • Furthermore, you should work in a structured and goal-oriented manner with a focus on achieving results. We are looking for someone who can come up with innovative ideas for employee events and benefits.
    As our corporate language is English, you must have a good command of the English language besides being fluent in Danish.
    You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders. Therefore, it is important that you have excellent communication skills and can communicate clearly across all levels. You work solution-oriented, structured, and take ownership of your tasks. Most importantly, you are energetic, empathic and a team player with a positive, flexible and a can-do attitude. About the department
    People Care & Benefits is responsible for the social responsibility offered to employees and the benefits package in the Danish part of the organization. We support managers and employees and engage with our stakeholders.
