This is a newly established leadership role where you will both be an active SVP HR Business Partner in the SVP area of Business Finance as well as become the direct manager for our group of talent HR Business Partners in FLGS. Furthermore, you will be responsible for driving key P&O initiatives in our Global Finance community.As SVP HR Business Partner, you act as a strategic sparring partner for the SVP of Business Finance, and you will be responsible for driving the P&O strategy for the areas as well as the annual P&O wheel and ad hoc activities. The main responsibilities include:
• Develop and prioritize initiatives and allocate resources across the P&O agenda as part of the overall strategy
• Organizational development and effectiveness
• Strategic workforce planning
• Change management
• Diversity & inclusion
• Talent management & development
• Culture and engagement
• Performance management
• Coaching and sparring with managers/leadersAs a leader, you will provide coaching and sparring to the HR Business Partners in FLGS. You will create an inclusive environment, drive team collaboration, and be responsible for setting up a strong team. Furthermore, you will be a part of setting the strategic P&O direction for FLGS in close dialogue with the EVP HR Business Partner for FLGS. QualificationsThe ideal candidate possesses strong strategic thinking skills, the ability to execute plans pragmatically, and the capacity to lead with empathy. You are a respected team player with high personal integrity, offering your perspectives respectfully. As an individual, you can drive things forward and create value for any project or team.To succeed in this role the following qualifications are an advantage:• Knowledge of working in a large, international, and matrix organization.
• Previous HR Business Partner experience and consulting background would be advantageous
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• A relevant academic degree in HR, Organization, Business Psychology, Business Administration, or similar.
• Fluency in English, both written and spokenAs a person, you have solid planning and organizational skills, with the ability to structure tasks and projects effectively. The ability to set boundaries and actively listen while being assertive and respectful comes naturally to you.Studies show that members of underrepresented communities do not apply unless they are 100% “qualified”. You will join a team of HR Business Partners working on supporting the leadership within the Staff areas: Finance, Legal and Global Solutions, People & Organisation and Corporate Development. We support the leadership teams on all HR-related matters from strategic people discussions, people development, the annual HR wheel, and ad hoc employee matters. Our main priority is to enable the business to deliver by driving the right people initiatives based on the business strategy. You will report to the VP of Staffs HR Partnering.
