As a Global Talent Broker Lead, you will: Help shape and build the entire ecosystem related to our Talent Broker vision, strongly connected to the NN Talent & Succession philosophy and our P&O strategy. Collaborate daily with relevant internal stakeholders such as; Senior HRBP’s, senior leaders, Senior Leadership Search, The Early Talent program, Global Mobility and talents to ensure strategic talent management initiatives are transparent and ensure we have fit for future leaders with an enterprise mindset. Help unleash the potential of our talents at the senior leadership level, to the benefit of both the talent and the business by connecting our talents with relevant assignments across the company. This will build a strong enterprise understanding and take strategic talent management to the next level. You will contribute to the development of innovative approaches to talent management and succession planning, leveraging data and insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: Several years of experience within HR/P&O, including experience with talent brokering A relevant academic degree Excellent understanding and passion for talent and succession management Ability to connect business needs with talent development opportunities fit for future Professional proficiency in English As a person, you can think strategically while enabling execution on the ground to the benefit of the business and our talents. You have excellent networking, relationship-building skills and social skills combined with an ability to think strategically. About the Department
