The Position
As our HR Consultant, you will be actively participating in optimizing HR processes through a continued focus on simplifying tasks as well as quality improvements to the benefit of Line of Business. You will be main point of contact between our managers and our team in Bangalore, India on some of most important HR processes such as Hire, Transfer, Promotion and Demotion.
Your main tasks will include:
• Supporting our Indian colleagues if they have doubts on processes and Danish labour law.
• Ensure that we live up to Novo Nordisk rules and regulations as well as the Danish Labour law.
• Being responsible for updating our process description and communicate changes in these to Danish and Indian colleagues.
• Improving and simplifying our HR operation services
• Contributing to a great and energizing culture within a fantastic unit
We focus continuously on optimizing, simplifying, and standardizing our tasks and processes using LEAN principles. You will play an important part in improvement initiatives and participate in project teams across the organisation.
Qualifications
You must have a high degree of customer mind-set and professionalism working with customers, peers, managers with many different backgrounds. Maybe combined with some years of professional experience from a similar function. You need to have a high sense of quality, strong solution-oriented mindset and ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, integrity and sense of diplomacy.
To be effective in this role, you might have:
• Have an administrative background, relevant education or certification in specialized HR.
• Have 3+ years of related experience from an HR or HR Shares Service function.
• Have experience with LEAN in practice; Doing Go, look, Sees if target is not meet, provide input for SLS analysis etc.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to break down complex processes into actionable items for customers on all levels of the organisation.
• You are robust and able to keep calm under pressure and you thrive with operational tasks and short deadlines.
• Fluency in Danish is a requirement and proficiency in English is a must.
About the Department
You will be part of AskHR Denmark in GPOS Operations. We consist of 49 highly engaged and professional employees divided into 6 teams, and we are growing. The teams handle a full range of HR administrative tasks related to employees, external consultants, organisational data management, and compensation administration. Furthermore, we function as the one-point-of-entry for approximately 24.000 employees and managers in Denmark, where we provide guidance on HR administrative matters via the “askHR” phone, chat and case handling system (ServiceNow). We work closely together with focus on compliance, efficient execution and great customer service.
