The position
IFP, the largest unit of Product Supply in Novo Nordisk, is still growing. As a Senior Production Finance Partner, you will work with stakeholders in the 8 IFP sites located across the globe. Together with other colleagues, you will be responsible for production accounting at IFP level, as well as leading and supporting various projects across sites.
Your primary tasks will be to: Drive all production accounting related finance processes which include month end, budget, and year end
Optimize and standardize production accounting processes and financial related master data setup in SAP as well as recommend and implement the setup for financial related master data for the new sites or new situations
Provide support and training to employees on production accounting across sites
Translate the production accounting data into business meaningful data which can be used for business optimization
Become trusted and valuable business partner with the IFP Finance organization as well as build and maintain relationships with the main stakeholders
In this role you will be working out of Bagsværd, Denmark and will travel to the sites based on the need. Upon becoming part of our team, responsibilities will be distributed among team members with similar roles to ensure effective task management and collaboration.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: BSc or MSc Degree in finance, accounting, or similar
At least 5 years’ experience in production finance; please note that experience in pharmaceutical or food industry will be considered an advantage
Knowledge of production accounting which covers inventory adjustments, production variances, purchase price variance, inventory and standard costing
Experience with SAP CO and knowledge of different master data’s financial impact
Fluency in both written and spoken English

IFP Finance and Procurement (F&P) team is a part of IFP Business Support, located in the Bagsværd HQ. We are a team of around 60 people from ~20 countries. IFP F&P team is responsible for both financial processes and procurement performance. We are a trusted partner to the organization, focusing on financial and procurement excellence, productivity as well as expanding the production network in the future.
