The position You will be the HR Business Partner for the Corporate Vice President PSQIT P&O (Product Supply, Quality & IT, People & Organisation) and drive priorities across P&O HR Business Partnering.You will join the CVP leadership team of PSQIT P&O as well as our Staffs HR Business Partnering team. As our new HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will work independently with sparring from the EVP HRBP for P&O and your team members. Your role will involve working closely with the CVP of PSQIT P&O, as well as collaborating with colleagues from various teams and areas, such as business leaders and HR colleagues. Your main responsibility is to understand the business priorities and translate strategy into relevant and impactful HR actions, which include driving:
  • Organisational development
  • Diversity & Inclusion
  • Talent management & development
  • Culture and engagement
  • PSQIT P&O is a global organization of +300 employees working on the P&O agenda for our Production, Quality & IT (PSQIT) business areas covering in total of more than 30.000 employees. P&O is an organization of +1500 colleagues globally where you will be working closely with the EVP HR Business Partner on top P&O priorities. Qualifications To be a successful candidate, you:
  • Hold a relevant advanced degree education (Masters, MBA, etc.)
  • Have 5+ years of relevant experience within a large, international, and culturally diverse environment
  • Have a consulting/project management toolbox (beneficial)
  • Are fluent in verbal and written English
  • Possess good diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Can think strategically and translate business into HR actions

About the department You will join our Staffs HR Business Partnering team of 12 working on supporting the leadership within three EVP areas: Finance, Legal and Global Solutions (FLGS), People & Organisation (P&O), and Corporate Development (CD). We support the leadership teams on all HR-related matters from strategic people discussions, people development, the annual HR wheel, and ad hoc employee matters. Our main priority is to enable the business to deliver by driving the right people initiatives based on the business strategy. You will report to the Director of P&O HR Partnering.
