We are seeking a highly motivated colleague with an interest in project handling and process understanding to join our team, Utility Support in Injectable Finished Products (IFP), site Bagsværd. The position Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our equipment within industrial utility operate as intended, such as chillers for process cooling, cooling distribution systems incl. pumps and automated valves, cooling towers, air compressors incl. buffer tanks and distribution system. Work tasks will include, but are not limited to: Coordination of equipment optimizations and equipment replacements. Delivery of professional input to stakeholders. Knowledge-sharing with other areas, and to some extent troubleshooting in daily operation. You might also be part of the project team of clean utility, where there is a need of keeping qualification documentation updated, qualification of existing and new equipment, and optimization of equipment. Twice a year you will be part of the factory production stop where you will supervise the implementation phase of projects within the dedicated area of industrial utility or clean utility. You will work in close collaboration with new and experienced colleagues, skilled workers, and stakeholders across the organization. In the coming years, we encounter a need for great changes and renewals for the factory in general, which gives you endless possibilities for being challenged. Qualifications To be considered for this position we expect you to have: An academic degree in civil or mechanical engineering or other relevant technical background. At least 3 years of experience preferably within Industrial Utility. Experience working with quality assurance in the food or pharmaceutical regulated environment will be highly advantageous. Preferably some experience within project handling, project managing or project coordination. Full proficiency in spoken and written English. Danish language is a plus. On a professional level, you have a good process understanding and overview of current tasks. About the department You will be part of Injectable Finished Products, Site Bagsværd (IFP BA), which is an aseptic filling factory with approx. 800 employees working to produce marketed insulin, GLP-1, and obesity products for the benefit of patients around the world. Utility Support is part of the department of ‘EM & Production support’ and have the responsibility of securing stable supply and distribution of WFI, clean steam and HVAC in the production facility and monitor and maintain all our utility systems. Utility support is a team of 14 highly engaged engineers and skilled workers, each handling daily operations, maintenance, requalification, quality issues and improvements.
