If you are ready for an exciting challenge, read on and apply today for a life-changing career.The PositionAs a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Novo Nordisk, you will:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening of candidates to interviewing and selecting the right talent, and act like a strategic TA advisor throughout the process.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to attract and engage top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Be part of a great team working with pipelines for various segments to ensure both quality and efficiency in the recruitments.
  • Manage recruitment projects when need for larger ramp-ups.
    • QualificationsTo be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within IT, Tech and/or digitalization.
    Solid interviewing experience
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Fluency in English and Danish.
    • About the DepartmentYou will be joining Talent Acquisition DK, a team of approximately 100 recruiters who support Novo Nordisk in Denmark with around 10,000 end-to-end recruitments annually. Our department is based in Bagsværd, with frequent visits to our different sites in Hillerød, Lyngby, Gentofte, Måløv, Køge, and Kalundborg.We are a diverse and skilled team, working closely together to support hiring managers and ensure the right talent is chosen for each role.
