We are looking for a skilled cLEAN Partner to join our team and support our strategic business aspirations at SVP level. If you are ready for a life-changing career, apply now! The position As a cLEAN Partner to the SVP GSC&BD, you will be responsible for leading, driving, and implementing the overall cLEAN Supply System agenda across our SVP area and beyond. You will utilise LEAN capabilities to support our strategic aspirations and achieve real impactful business benefits. Key responsibilities include:
  • Develop cLEAN roadmap (cLEAN Supply System) for GSC&BD and deploy plan via mobilising and engaging cLEAN organisation and leaders across SVP area on the cLEAN priorities.
  • Execute timely on agreed SVP area projects/activities within the broader cLEAN Leadership agenda in GSC&BD.
  • Establish, manage and set direction for cLEAN partner organisation in GSC&BD with regards to the cLEAN Supply System, the cLEAN academy, and the improvement processes.
  • Serve as a strong LEAN sparring partner for the SVP, the GSC&BD leadership team, and local C/VP cLEAN organisations.
  • Establish and maintain a ‘masterplan’ for key cLEAN activities and drive project deliverables according to plan.
  • Generate engagement and followship via acting as an energised, pragmatic, and hands-on role-model of cLEAN ‘thinking way’.
    • Qualifications To succeed in this role, we imagine you:
  • Have a minimum of five years of experience with LEAN implementation, project management, and strategy deployment.
  • Have experience in a manufacturing and/or supply chain environment, preferably within a regulated industry.
  • Hands-on experience driving LEAN implementation.
  • Excel in translating LEAN strategy into action.
  • Are proficient in English in writing/speaking.
    • As a person, you possess strong communication, facilitation, and visualisation skills. You are comfortable with a high degree of responsibility and navigating complex and senior stakeholder landscapes. Your talent for fostering collaboration and promoting active engagement among colleagues is a testament to your excellent collaboration skills. The department The position as cLEAN Partner to SVP GSC&BD is newly establish and resides in Business Support GSC&BD. The team supports the Global Supply Chain and Business Development area, which consists of 700 employees primarily based in Bagsværd, Denmark, and Bangalore, India.
