The Position We are looking for two team leaders to manage the new team, and your key deliverables will be: - Providing clear guidance to your team and conducting daily performance board meetings to ensure effective coordination and prioritization. - Planning and coordinating with stakeholders to guarantee optimal process support for production efficiency and stability. - Encouraging individual and team development to improve performance and boost engagement. - Collaborating actively with the department's management team and giving feedback and guidance on quality concerns. - Driving a LEAN mindset that prioritizes continuous improvement. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must have: - A Master's degree in engineering, natural science, or a related field. - 3-5 years of leadership experience in a similar production environment. - A proven track record in process optimization. - Fluency in Danish and English. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not mandatory for this role. However, you must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced and sterile environment that prioritizes quality and safety. You are a natural leader, effective in stakeholder management and collaboration. You have a LEAN mindset and a growth mentality as it will be crucial for your ability to foster a culture where people constantly learn and grow through ongoing development and feedback. About the Department At Novo Nordisk’s production site in Bagsværd, we produce marketed products and products for clinical trials. Our production processes are complex, and the factory is an important part of providing quality products to patients globally. Hence, we depend on our ability to produce 24-7 and handle operational challenges effectively.In 2024, we are excited to announce the establishment of a new department dedicated to ensuring the successful launch of a new product. This product is scheduled to hit the market in 2026. We are looking to qualify two new production lines. By the end of Q2 in 2024, we anticipate having a team of 30 employees in this department. However, as we prepare for the product launch in 2026, we expect the department to grow significantly, with a projected workforce of 170 employees.
