The position As a Finance Integration Lead in PSQIT Business Development Finance, you will be: Spearheading the financial integration efforts for company brownfield acquisitions and drive assessments and recommendations during due diligences of corporate M&A opportunities. Acting as a senior sparring partner for the colleagues within PSQIT BD Finance and towards the PSQIT Business Development management team during Due Diligences and integrations. Acting as a one point-of-entry for a large variety of stakeholders across the business and the various finance functions. Driving forward change management projects with the finance function in the acquired companies. Designing the post-merger operating model and the best practice integration approaches for Finance. Managing the continued development of financial models used during due diligence. You will further be expected to invest time in familiarising yourself with the Novo Nordisk value chain, the external environment we operate within and the PSQIT organisation, using your strong business understanding. Additionally, the job might require travelling to visit the acquired companies to build relations with new colleagues and partners. Qualifications You hold a master’s degree within Business, Economics, Finance or Life Science and have relevant M&A work experience, with finance integration experience being a large plus. Furthermore, to be successful in this role, you have: Passion for working with integrations, business development and change management and thrive when having to solve complex problems also with short timelines. Taken part in driving forward integration projects. Solid project management and financial toolbox. In addition, having experience within several different financial disciplines (FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Accounting, SAP etc.) is a plus, but not a must-have. Strong stakeholder management and communication (written and oral) skills and are good at building relations. A track record of driving projects on your own and have experience with managing larger project teams and guiding junior colleagues. Self-driven, comfortable making decisions or choosing escalation, curious nature, high learning willingness and agility. About The Department Product Supply, Quality & IT (PS, Q & IT) is the largest organisational unit in Novo Nordisk with more than 25,000 employees globally across five continents. The area is responsible for the full supply chain of all Novo Nordisk products and the quality assurance of all Novo Nordisk activities. You will be part of the Business Finance team residing in the PS, Q & IT Finance department. The department consists of around 40 people from ~15 countries with diverse backgrounds. Located in our Bagsværd headquarters, the department acts as a centre of excellence in financial planning, production accounting, investments, and compliance for Novo Nordisk globally.
