Let’s talk about the role As a Digital Innovation Analyst, you will have the opportunity to join a highly motivated team in the Innovation Consulting unit. You will support cross functional initiatives that leverage emerging technology, facilitating specific ideation processes, and act as a trusted advisor with a strong understanding of business challenges and constraints. Additionally, your responsibilities will be:
  • Drive co-development with partners and internal build teams to create new product offerings for the business
  • Engage with projects, vendors, and development partners to ensure the best-fit solutions
  • Deliver compelling pitches about new technology and novel use cases both internally and externally
  • Drive and develop innovation capabilities including lean start up, ideation best practices, and agile methodologies
    • Which competencies to bring To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
  • 1-3 years of experience in supporting digital innovation processes and product development
  • A track record of taking ownership and driving results with the ability to perform in high-pressure environments
  • Knowledge and passion for emerging digital trends
  • Previous experience navigating a complex corporate environment would be ideal
    • On a personal level, you possess strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate to stakeholders convincingly and clearly across the business.
