We're on the lookout for an accomplished Solution Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SuccessFactors, Employee Central and solutions with focus on contingent workforce e.g. SAP FieldGlass ready to lead transformative projects on a global scale.
You are to Lead strategic P&O tech projects on a global scale, utilizing your extensive experience in SuccessFactors and solutions with focus on management of a contingent workforce e.g. SAP FieldGlass.
We especially expect you to: Drive end-to-end solution design ensuring seamless integration that aligns with project objectives Collaborate closely with international stakeholders to shape intricate global business requirements into comprehensive system specifications Leverage your deep-rooted industry knowledge to tailor solutions that address global P&O challenges, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices. Foster collaborations with international cross-functional teams, driving innovation and ensuring the success of global projects Stay attuned to global P&O tech trends, offering strategic insights that fuel project enhancement and global innovation
Candidate profile A minimum of 5 years leading P&O technology projects on a global scale, with hands-on involvement in configuring and implementing solution with focus on management of a contingent workforce Proven track record of being part of global implementations within multinational companies, showcasing your ability to navigate diverse cultures and operational landscapes Strong implementation knowledge with the SAP BTP platform is required, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced capabilities for our global projects Demonstrated ability to dissect complex global project challenges, devising solutions that guide international teams to success Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to convey intricate technical concepts to a globally diverse audience Department overview
The strategic focus of HR DD&IT is to develop, implement, and maintain world class HR IT systems in close collaboration with People & Organisation (P&O). The area is anchored within Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) and team members are placed closely to P&O stakeholders for optimal collaboration. We work according to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and ways of working to efficiently support P&O’s digitalisation journey. Our department consists of approximately 100 colleagues and is spread across Denmark, India, and the US. The atmosphere is informal and friendly, and colleagues are ambitious, curious, and skilled – complementing and challenging each other to deliver their best.
