The position As our new Supply Quality Professional, you will be responsible for handling deviations and driving optimization activities related to our processes as well as improving our ways of working. Your new responsibilities will be related to the products we source, including raw materials, primary & printed packaging materials. Some of your main focus will also include: Driving investigations on supplier-related issues and ensuring timeliness in your deliverables Coordinating, understanding and collaborating with key suppliers & stakeholders Supporting the organization to maintain operational performance even when deviations occur Serving as a key contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders, and acting as a subject matter expert for deviations Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to: Hold a Master´s degree in engineering, science or any other relevant field Possess previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry, working with regulatory processes in a position such as Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Equipment Supporter, for example Be familiar with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations Speak English fluently It would be considered as a plus if you have a previous experience with deviations processes and knowledge of raw materials, printed packaging material, primary packaging or similar. As a person, you are a problem solver. You get energy from investigating situations, finding solutions, and taking the initiative in collaborating with stakeholders. You are proactive and enjoy both working in a team and independently. Last but not least, you are a quick learner who possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills. About the department The Quality Support team is part of the ISM (Inbound Supply Management) department. ISM is responsible for managing hundreds of suppliers and items used by Novo Nordisk around the globe to produce our life-saving products.
You will join our Quality Support team and be working alongside 20 individuals with quite diverse backgrounds, who are working to help ensuring that our supply of materials is continuous and smooth within Novo Nordisk.
