As a Project Manager in Finish Product Process Management, you will manage global projects across several countries and with different complexity levels. The primary focus of the projects you will be leading is to ensure compliance with external regulatory requirements and to optimize and standardize global processes and solutions. The projects require significant stakeholder engagement and a solid understanding of the impact on our production sites. Moreover, you will be working with projects in different processes in the Finish Product area. You will have project management responsibility of multiple projects/tasks and will lead the projects from idea phase until implementation while working closely together with stakeholders both locally and globally. The projects will not be investment projects. Your key responsibilities will include: Initiating, scoping, and driving projects
Working in close collaboration with other groups in Novo Nordisk (improvement groups, different network groups, process groups etc.)
Working with various stakeholders along the value stream
Presenting at governance meetings
This role operates within an international environment, so some level of flexibility for travel may be necessary.
Qualifications

Moreover, you enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds and have a practical knowledge of leading projects in manufacturing. To succeed in this role, you have: An Academic Degree in Engineering/Chemistry/Pharmacy/Biology, and/or education within Project Management
Some experience (2-4 years) with project management within a global stakeholder landscape
Experience within GxP regulated pharmaceutical Finish Product manufacturing environment
Professional proficiency in English
Additionally, you work in a structured way and have experience with LEAN. As a person you are a team player with a great ability to collaborate and have leadership skills with a proven track of handling complex projects. You have a “can-do” attitude and believe that no challenges are too big or too small to handle. You are interested in finding new and improved ways to make our processes more efficient. Furthermore, you are a dedicated professional who is eager to learn and develop new skills.
About the department
We are FPME Process Group department which is part of a newly established organizational unit called Finish Product Manufacturing Engineering (FPME). We are currently ramping up the unit and we play a key role in accelerating a major transformation to improve performance across a global network of factories in Asia, Europe as well as North and South America to meet the need of the increasing number of people living with diabetes and obesity. FPME is an organizational unit in FPM, which is responsible for all Finish Product Manufacturing in Novo Nordisk working with many different products (for more information please visit www.novonordisk.com).
