As a OCM Communication Professional you will contribute to creating a new survey/feedback strategy, developing 1st line support processes and tools, and aiding in continuous service improvement. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing the End-user Support Experience Communication strategy, aligning the OCM strategy with the product development roadmap, and coordinating its execution. End-user needs and customer journey principles are also a key aspect of this role, involving user research, persona development, and customer journey mapping. The position includes contact to Novo Nordisk external business relations and professional representation of Novo Nordisk is expected. You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities:
• Planning, coordinating, and executing the Communication strategy, including identifying key stakeholders
• Adjusting the strategy based on feedback and data, and monitoring progress against defined objectives and key performance indicators
• Understanding End User needs and customer journey principles and facilitating successful adoption and implementation of changes impacting the End Users
• Facilitating an involving and constructive dialogue with senior stakeholders and teams
• Preparing stakeholder mapping and presentations in relation to the execution of the OCM and communication strategy. The job is global, however will be located in our Bagsværd office. Which competencies to bring?
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• M.Sc., MBA or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent job experience
• 3+ years of experience in a global IT organisation is preferred
• Basic understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and events
• Experience with Power Point and vendor management.
• Fluency in English, oral and written As a person you should be highly self-motivated with a strong ability to manage projects, and an adept at multitasking and simplifying complex tasks. You should also be results-oriented and capable of working collaboratively with teams across different cultures and locations in a global IT setting. The team waiting for you
