As a Project Manager in Integrations & Traceability, your focus will be on driving projects within UDI. You might not know anything about UDI now, but with guidance and training from key team members, you will be a subject matter expert in no time. In the meanwhile, you will utilise your project management skills, analytical mindset, and supply chain knowledge to drive progress and coordinate work between project members. You will be working in an ‘agile’ setup, where you will be part of a mixed IT and Supply Chain delivery team. You will also have your own small project team where you are expected to set clear direction and ensure progress and alignment with all affected areas. Your work will require you to dig into a complex data pool on devices and be able to structure and communicate about that data. You will need to be able to prioritise between multiple tasks and navigate between stakeholders within and outside of Novo Nordisk. Therefore, you are required to have a structured approach and the ability to communicate in a professional yet simple manner. Your primary tasks will include: Drive implementation of regulatory compliance projects within Unique Device Identification (UDI) in close collaboration with stakeholders from our global IT organisation. Be the driving and executing person for data analysis of device data and in time also becoming the subject matter expert of device data within UDI in Novo Nordisk. Be part of the development of a UDI IT platform currently being implemented. Create project plans and ensure continuous progress, quality, and cost management. Stakeholder management - interact and communicate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and support throughout the projects. Qualifications
For you to succeed in the role, the following qualifications are required: A bachelor's or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business IT or similar 1-2 years of experience within Project Management, driving projects preferably within Supply Chain or IT Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills and clear communication Ability to comprehend a complex landscape of data attributes and enthusiasm for data quality Experience with medical devices or Unique Device Identification (UDI) is beneficial but not a prerequisite Proficiency in written and verbal English is a prerequisite As a person, you are proactive, responsible, and with a structured mindset. You are a team player, and you engage in developing the team, both professionally and personally and you have excellent cross-cultural collaboration. We don’t expect you to know it all, but as you will most likely have a steep learning curve, we expect you to be proactive, engaged, and willing to learn.
