Then you may be new Manager for Records Management- Electronic & Data Integrity. The Position
You will play a crucial role in continuing to lead, coach, develop, and shape the team and our approach to quality processes and stakeholders. As a manager, you will lead a team of highly competent and experienced employees in the team. Your main tasks will include:
  • Building and maintaining strong collaboration with stakeholders in [xxxxx] A/S◀ alongside your team.
  • Supporting [xxxxx] A/S◀ globally regarding the records management process for electronic data and data integrity.
  • Supporting operation of [xxxxx] A/S◀ central archives, electronic records and server archives according to GLP in close collaboration with the archivist and neighbouring teams.
  • Supporting the records management process in the development/validation/maintenance of IT systems and tools used within the process.
  • Ensuring team skills and competences are aligned with expectations and requirements set by authorities, [xxxxx] Quality, and line of business needs.
  • You will be supporting continuous improvement of the records management process by challenging and harmonizing it for simplicity and user-friendliness within [xxxxx].

    The position is based in Bagsværd, and you will report to the Director of Records Management & Data Integrity. Qualifications:
    To succeed in this position, you:
  • Have +3 years of managerial experience, coaching and motivating your employees to deliver their best and experience with GXP/GLP.
  • Hold a relevant master’s degree within natural science, IT.
  • Possess a strong business perspective for both the quality business and stakeholders, with a strategic ability to balance quality, delivery, and cost.
  • As a person, you are well-organized and achieve strong results by engaging your employees in taking pride in delivering on their objectives. Your ability to communicate clearly and collaborate is essential, and you are fluent in English both in speaking and writing. About the department
    Records Management & Data Integrity, a part of Novo Nordisk Quality, is responsible for maintaining and continuously developing the records management process, operation of the central archives according to GLP and the supporting IT systems at [xxxxx]. We ensure that our process comply with regulatory requirements and operate as smoothly as possible.
