Do you want to make a difference within leadership and take on the responsibility of heading up a team of some of our most experienced Process Managers? Are you motivated by challenges requiring a high level of professional competencies and leadership experience? Do you have a natural talent for setting strategic direction and navigating within a complex stakeholder environment? Then you may be our new Senior Manager in Quality Processes. The position
You will assume a key role in continuing to lead, coach, develop and shape the team and how we work with quality processes and stakeholders. You will lead a team of highly competent and experienced employees managing quality processes. The Process Managers in the team are responsible for managing our corporate process groups and for content of corporate procedures, training and for IT systems supporting the processes.
Your responsibilities will be: Align the skills and competences of the team with demands and requirements set by authorities, Novo Nordisk Quality, and process optimization projects (e.g. Simplification, digitalization). Build and maintain a strong collaboration with stakeholders, together with the team. Ensure understanding of how Quality Management processes work on the shop floor through close collaboration and shop floor visits. Simplicity is a key work in our way of working and you must continue that focus in the department. To succeed, you must further build on the interaction and collaboration between the Process Managers in the department.
The position is anchored in Bagsværd and you will refer to the Director of Quality Processes. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following: Extensive managerial experience, demonstrating the ability to lead, coach and motivate employees to deliver their best. Hold a M.Sc. in engineering, pharmacy or related field, coupled with substantial experience in quality assurance within pharmaceutical production. Demonstrate strong organizational skills, resulting in creation of robust outcomes by engaging employees to take pride in achieving their objectives. Essential proficiency in clear communication and collaboration, including fluency in spoken and written English. As a person with a strong business perspective, you comprehend both the quality and production businesses, and possess the strategic acumen to balance quality, delivery, and cost. You are at ease when challenged by senior stakeholders in making decisions on quality processes, leveraging your high level of personal integrity and robustness to integrate diverse viewpoints within the decision-making process. Quality Processes, a part of Novo Nordisk Quality, is responsible for maintaining and continuously developing the core quality processes and their supporting IT systems (NovoGlow) in Novo Nordisk. We are responsible for ensuring that our processes are in compliance with regulatory requirements and that they operate as smoothly as possible. The department covers several quality processes including Deviations, Change Control, CAPA, QMR, QRM, and Metrology.
