The position In Novo Nordisk there is a high focus on mobility and the number of international assignments continues to grow every year. You will be one out of 7 Mobility Partners supporting assignments into Denmark. As a Mobility Partner, you will have the opportunity to: Provide designated mobility support to a specific business area, ensuring adherence to the global mobility framework and offering expertise in all mobility-related matters.
Collaborate with a network of Mobility Partners, playing a pivotal role in supporting international assignments into Denmark, while ensuring an optimal employee experience.
Utilize technical expertise to guide stakeholders on mobility solutions, prepare assignment calculations and documents, and coordinate with both internal stakeholders and external mobility providers.
Actively contribute to the ongoing development and innovation of the mobility framework, integrating projects and initiatives to enhance the overall mobility program within Novo Nordisk.
Qualifications To be successful in this role, we expect you to have: A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing international assignments, international compliance, and various related areas such as tax, social security, immigration, employment law, international compensation, and benefits. Experience with virtual and remote work, as well as corporate compliance, is a plus.
A Master’s degree in HR, Law, Business Administration and Commercial Law or related field, accompanied by proficient English communication skills.
Exhibit a passion for facilitating business decisions and providing support and tools that meets the customer needs, ideally within business partnering, international mobility, international compliance, international compensation benefits, or similar fields, preferably in a global setting.
A strong business acumen, adeptness in complex stakeholder management and communication, and the ability to work effectively across functions, showcase a problem-solving mindset and comfort in navigating and making decisions in ambiguity. Additionally, the role requires motivation for a fast-paced and dynamic working environment, along with proficiency in managing and overseeing multiple concurrent tasks and processes.
As a person you are open-minded, innovative, and have an international outlook and a can-do attitude which means you can work independently but also contribute to a strong and positive team spirit.
About the department The Global Mobility function placed in Bagsværd, Denmark, is part of People and Organization (Corporate HR) where we function as a Centre of Excellence and provide business support on international assignments. You get the chance to join a diverse and high-performing team of 15 team members with a variety of cultural and professional backgrounds. The Mobility team members are based in Denmark, India and Poland have extensive experience in advising on international assignments and in managing the end-to-end assignment process.
