The Position In your role as a Senior Quality Business Specialist, you will be instrumental in providing holistic insights into the company's quality performance. This will be achieved through your proactive leadership of Novo Nordisk Quality Management Review (QMR) reporting to senior management, including integration of QMR with other relevant processes such as enterprise risk management and quality performance reporting. The overarching goal is to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive approach to quality performance and risk management within Novo Nordisk Quality. Specifically, your role will involve:
  • Responsible for the best-in-class QMR process – ensuring a holistic view and integration into other relevant process (e.g. risk management).
  • Responsible for ensuring a cohesive bottom-up process that balances the need for high quality data inputs vs. the strain it puts on our quality organization.
  • Responsible for delivering consolidated materials for senior and top management in Novo Nordisk, including Executive Management and the Board of Directors, integrating quality and risk perspectives.
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization to improve processes and ensure holistic perspective on quality performance.
  • Supporting senior management with quality performance insights to support other deliverables within strategy, finance and communication.
    • Qualifications To excel as our Senior Quality Business Specialist, we expect you to have:
  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Science or other relevant field.
  • 5+ years of work experience within a relevant field, e.g. quality assurance, risk management, business development, data insights and communication or similar.
  • Experience from the pharmaceutical industry or similar regulated industries is an advantage.
    • Your responsibilities will span across the full Novo Nordisk value chain - hence you will be expected to enact excellent stakeholder management ensuring value adding collaboration and support across the organisation. You are accountable, take responsibility, have a high-quality mindset and you can maintain an overview also under time pressure. You are highly flexible, proactive, and able to plan and prioritize your time in a rapid changing environment. About the Department You will become part of the NNQ Business Partnering team, which consists of 10 highly skilled professionals being partners to Novo Nordisk Quality Management within the fields of quality performance, risk management, finance, strategy and executive business support. We take ownership of processes, projects and initiatives that serve our purpose and support our stakeholders in streamlining operations and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
