As an HVAC Engineer at , you will manage HVAC systems for 5 pilots with classified areas in CMC API Pilots. Your main tasks will include: Managing qualifications during changes, requalifications, and handling deviations and changing cases. Planning, executing, reporting, and documenting requalifications in collaboration with colleagues. Identifying the right solutions and ensure optimal operation of HVAC systems. Providing technical support for internal projects and handling operational problems. Ensuring GMP documentation after requalifications and managing master data for ventilation equipment. Focusing on energy and environmental improvements within CMC API Pilots, ensuring progress and reporting on tasks. We offer a varied workday where you will be challenged daily and need to make quick decisions, solving tasks in collaboration with both external suppliers and production. Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you should have: A Master’s degree in engineer, civil engineer, or similar. 2-3 years of experience or more in a similar operational organisation in the pharmaceutical industry. Broad technical insight with knowledge of HVAC systems and experience in project coordination. Preferably, experience with ER/OR and validations. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. On a personal level, you can work independently, have assertiveness, and can achieve results. You communicate results and plans clearly and have a structured approach to your work. You can maintain an overview when "the heat is on," and it is essential that you approach tasks and colleagues with a positive attitude and good humor.
About the Department
As part of the PSQIT organisation, Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) Development & Scaling makes a real difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world. We develop, manufacture, and distribute drug candidates for clinical trials and have a strong culture with a “can do” mindset.
You will be part of HVAC Utility in Pilots Operation, which is part of CMC API Pilots in Bagsværd. The team consists of engineers, machine masters, technicians, and a crafts-man responsible for operation, maintenance, and optimization of ventilation, black- and clean utility for both production, laboratory, and office facilities. The team operates cool-ing systems, compressed air and vacuum systems, ventilation systems, water systems (PW), and nitrogen systems (cryotanks and distribution systems). Besides being responsible for operation, we are also responsible for minor building projects in the associated pilot facilities.
