Then you might be our new colleague in Product Supply, Quality & IT Finance. The position As Finance Compliance Partner you will draw on your experience with large organizations, ensuring that Product Supply always complies with relevant accounting principles, aligned with guidance from stakeholders in the corporate functions. On ad hoc basis, you will support the Product Supply organisation in relation to correct IFRS Accounting treatment, changes in management accounting. Furthermore, supporting Month-End and Year-End Closing processes and budget processes, through assisting with navigating in the space between compliance and financial planning. Key tasks and responsibilities include:
  • Ensure financial compliance across PSQIT Investment Projects
  • Participate in Month End and Year End Closing processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders
  • Support budgeting processes where relevant
  • Ensure internal controls “House in Order” across our project portfolio
  • Support local manufacturing sites with financial matters
    • You will gain insights into the core of the [xxxxx] business, and you are expected to proactively manage and participate in projects and other initiatives securing the financial transparency, compliance and internal controls in Product Supply. In addition, facilitating financial audits of CAPEX projects together with Group Internal Audit will be in scope of this role. Some travel may be expected.
    Qualifications
  • You hold as a minimum a Bachelor’s degree within Finance, Business, Accounting or similar and have a proven track record with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience
  • Solid understanding of financial processes and underlying accounting flows and related compliance requirements
  • IFRS experience preferably in larger production companies or accounting firm
  • High proficiency in English – both spoken and written
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with people at different levels of the organization

You have a natural curiosity of nature and willingness to use this to dive into the issues raised by line of business. About the department Investment Portfolio Finance is part of PSQIT Finance & Business support located in Bagsværd, Denmark - an international, diverse and high-performing department. Investment Portfolio Finance responsibility is to ensure high quality and provide consolidated overview, including high level of compliance, across our CAPEX projects globally in [xxxxx]. Your team consist of 8 colleagues with different experiences and background, and the team acts as a centre of excellence within investment projects ensuring good understanding of the investment portfolio linking it to Novo Nordisk strategy.
