The Facility Management team brings our spaces to life, and aiming to foster the LEO Pharma work environment. We are now looking for a Facility Management Specialist to take a role shaping the workplace of tomorrow.
The job
As FM Data Specialist in Facility Management you will be part of a global organization responsible for controlling and developing all facility services at LEO Pharma. Your daily work will initially focus on implementing DALUX, to become our future foundation for controlling FM assets, space management and planned maintenance. Your curiosity for IoT technology and how to utilize data in a practical way, keeps you motivated to lead an ongoing development in how FM services are initiated and optimized.
Some of your main tasks:
Subject Matter Expert on FM supporting systems such as DALUX, Service Now, (SAP PM) Establish the right FM asset structure as a basis for optimal data creation Harvest and evaluate data to conclude on tendencies and for visualization on dash boards Configure and maintain Power BI to provide the FM organization with solid key figures Contribute to align and develop facility services on all our global sites Develop and introduce technology, to automate processes and create World Class FM services
After introducing DALUX in Ballerup the next step is to lead the implementation and utilization of DALUX for FM services on our 3 global production sites.
Your qualifications
Technical background as Building constructor, Engineer, Marine Engineer or similar Experienced in implementing and operating DALUX (preferable) or alike FM systems Familiar with FM service organizations, contract management and customer focused relations Documented skills within IT and project management (evt. Certified) Preferable educated and experienced in LEAN tools and processes English, fluent in both speaking and writing

As a team-player with strong co-operation skills, you communicate easily with stakeholders at all levels in a positive, motivating and engaging manner. You have an analytical mindset, and you constantly aim to improve effectiveness of your services, while delivering innovative solutions to our workplace operations. You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and you bring enthusiasm and dedication to the job. Most importantly you appreciate an unformal and positive atmosphere, where humor is a natural spice to our professionalism.

Being global also means, that you will have facility colleges in Ireland, France and Italy, so you must expect 5-10 travel days a year. We emphasis cross functional learning and a open and honest dialogue.
