LEO Pharma has set an ambitious goal to become the world leader within dermatology with an exciting 2025 strategy and a strong pipeline. As Senior Applications Specialist you are able to directly contribute to achieving the ambitious goals.
About the job
Your overall focus is to ensure that our IT systems supporting clinical trials are working as intended. More specifically this role covers systems used by colleagues in the Biometrics and Medical departments. Being an experienced Applications Specialist you are able to handle and oversee the functional support to applications, drive change processes together with end-users and LEO IT. LEO Pharma is constantly evolving the application portfolio to better support current processes and you will play a key role in such projects.
Being on-top systems means that you understand both the processes supported by the systems as well as the data being utilised/created in the system; you are able to train/guide users in the system, and you are able to troubleshoot when needed. In addition you have solid understanding of the documentation requirements for GxP regulated systems. When engaging with users and LEO IT for system changes you are able to operationalise your knowledge to create compliance documents.
Though a substantial part of this role is technical, flair for collaboration with colleagues at all levels is also a strong asset. This is required for running smooth changes and projects in an organisation where priorities and focus areas change frequently.
