evolving the digital ecosystem of a world-leading headset company - transforming digital trends into workable solutions.
As Digital Consultant you play a key role in a team particularly aimed at driving digital innovation in GN Audio.
In this role you play an important part in exploring digital opportunities across GN Audio as well as towards external partners and customers. You are actively interacting across the organization, building a network and continuously identifying potential digital opportunities for further exploration.
When it is time to get things done you are hands-on in experimental tasks, at the same time as you support the team with research of the latest digital trends and opportunities coming our way.

You will be part of Digital Business Development - the digital arm of Jabra - where your main responsibilities include:
- Exploring digital trends and evaluating the potential impact on current products and services
- Gathering information on current pains and potential gains across GN Audio and within our partner ecosystem
- Networking with colleagues and partners to gather insights around ongoing initiatives with relevance to the digital domain
- Identifying, developing and refining concepts for digital experiments
- Supporting in the process of maturing ideas from the drawing table to value-adding digital solutions
- Designing, preparing and facilitating demos internally as well as externally
- Interacting with stakeholders across the organization to explore ideas with potential to either digitize business processes or enable product innovation
- Being an ambassador for new ways of thinking (and working) within digital innovation in GN Audio.

To be a success in this role, you:
- Have 2+ years of experience in the digital domain, for example as Management- or Technology Consultant, or from a background in a technology company
- Have a strong interest in following the latest news and digital trends in the tech-space
- Have a strong business acumen, and can translate business challenges to digital opportunities
- Have a solid understanding of how software development work and how agile methodologies can support value-creation
- Understand the technical concepts around IoT and how to leverage business value from connected devices
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment across multiple work streams
- Have an open and communicative approach, and you speak and write English fluently
- Enjoy interacting with a wide variety of stakeholders, across technology- and business domains
- Thrive with speed over perfection (MVP and preto/prototyping approach)
- Hold a master’s degree.
